We're still in #Menshealthmonth, and so I decided to create a tool that can help men relieve stress from the pressure of masculinity - Men are not expected to fail, to be vulnerable or make mistakes because those are not manly traits.
There are many tools and methods men(Including myself) can use to deal with the stress, depression, social anxiety, bipolar disorder etc to avoid Anger, frustrations, irritability even thoughts of suicide.
